Born and raised in Bayonne, Rich is a lifetime New Jersey resident. He attended high school at Saint Peter’s Preparatory School and graduated college from the University of Scranton with Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Business Management. After living in Hoboken for 4 years, he and his wife, Georgia, moved to Upper Montclair — her hometown.
Before launching a real estate career in 2019, Rich was a 9 year online advertising, marketing, and customer service veteran who began his career at industry-leading ad agencies, performing media planning and buying for brands like: Chrysler, BMW, MasterCard, and Bayer Healthcare. He joined a 40 person ad technology start-up in 2015 to broaden his breadth in problem solving, sales, strategy, & negotiation and helped grow the company to 150 people in 2017.
He understands that buying and selling homes are a highly emotional process and he doesn’t take that lightly. His upbringing, education, and experiences have taught him to live by three fundamental principles: honesty — empathy — and selflessness. He considers himself an educator and joined the real estate industry for one simple reason: to help people.
Outside of real estate, Rich’s interests and hobbies include: grilling — working on his golf game — binge watching The Office, Parks & Recreation and Game of Thrones — and making wine with his dad in his great grandmother’s Bayonne basement.
