Specialties: Buyer's Agent, Inspections, Contractors, Investors
After growing up in Manhattan, LA, Montauk, and finally, Montclair, ChuBaldwinHomes' Lead Technology Specialist and buyer agent Raf Ricci served in the Navy, then attended the University of Southern California before finishing his BA in Theater at Montclair State University while working as a busboy, dishwasher, waiter, and bartender. Also, while an undergrad and later professionally, Raf worked as a production carpenter and electrician for television, film, and theater. He morphed into production management for live-event television, project and technology management for corporate clients, and installation and project management for a leading high definition television scene shop.
Before becoming a licensed NJ Realtor, he served as production manager for the South Orange Performing Arts Center for 10 years. Many locals remember the droll backstage snapshot Raf often posted on Facebook of the event he was overseeing on any given night at SOPAC.
Upon marrying real estate guru Nancy Chu, he introduced her to NJ where, fortuitously, they bought their first house in Maplewood, NJ in 2004 from ChuBaldwinHomes' Roberta Baldwin. Other homes followed in South Orange ('06); West Orange ('10), and Livingston ('14). Along the way, the Chu-Ricci's refined the renovation and flipping techniques they share with clients today who plan to remodel homes top to bottom.
The irrepressible Raf has also lived in Verona, Belleville, Bloomfield, Little Falls, West New York and Weehawken, so he can be said to have a rich knowledge of life in and around Northern NJ which he brings to bear on every deal he executes for the ChuBaldwinHomes team at KW NJ Metro Group.
